Nothing special since the hubby came home for like 10 min. and then had to go back to work to clean at the barracks for no reason, lame.. 

WHATS IN THE POT!!!! Not a darn thing yet and not sure. We are eating on European time tonight. Right now we are eating a Rice Krispie Bakugan lol.

i just made some refried beans...probably going to have that with left over grilled chicken 

We just got done with tacos. Now on to some homemade angel food cake with strawberries! So goooood! 

Grilled salmon, brown rice, and grilled veggies! 

I went out for dinner, worked til 11 lastnight and had to be back at 5 so I'm too tired to cook. 

We had cheese tortellini with homemade alfredo sauce and grilled chicken as well as grilled asparagus. 

Fish & shrimp

Haven't looked in the neighbor's trash yet to see what I can put together for some grub. 

My daughter put together pasta with hot sausage and sauce. I didn't get home until 7:30 or so tonight...long day! 

OLD THREAD - NEW MONDAY DINNER DAY - 11/8/2010:

Roasted Cornish Hens stuffed with oranges and onions and drizzled with lemon, S&P; brown rice, stir-fried artichokes with bacon crumbles and feta!! 

Beef stew over rice! 

Probably a baked potato. When the hubs isn't home I keep it simple with little to no cleanup. That and all the meat is in the freezer. 

Well I looked in the pot, but nothing was there. Starving at our house tonight 

Build your own nacho night with leftover carne asada and fajita chicken I grilled over the weekend. Add homemade guacemole, homemade pico de gallo, refried beans, spanish rice, black olives, green onions and cheese. The whole family loves this night :) 

I was thinking about making Albondigas Soup, but not sure how to make it, I'll probably have to call my momma. 

Steak. For some reason I just can't do chicken with this pregnancy so it's been a lot of red meat lately.

w/e ur bringing me! lol... jk I have NO idea! Been dealing with run arounds from Loma Linda for 3 hrs so switched the referral to somewhere else who CAN get my son in soon :)

This time I bought it already made because I had to make 6 lbs of it including the chicken. Normally I make it. 

Left overs..Yummy..LOL... 

Not sure yet... but nachos sound freaking amazing.
