Has anyone had experience renting with them? I'm just wondering if they are worth renting from. 

I am now and I have had NO problems.

there bad. our last 3 months of living in a place they changed the electric bill into there name and never gave us a notice untill they stuck 3 bills on our door saying you have to pay us these since there in our name. also the house that we had came with a washer.dryer and when we moved out our roomates left it a mess and they charged us to take away the washer and dryer when it was already there. they will try to get any money out of you 

I am moving out of here within the next month or two into something smaller while my man is deployed so I guess we will see how they are when it is all said and done. 

i have rented from them for two years now .. and i have had no problems.. they fix every thing i need with in a short period of time..

I think they are great. When I came out here last year to look for rentals, they were very nice and professional with my (at the time) fiance and I. We were (are) young but they didn't talk down to us or make us do anything additional just because we're young and have never rented before. I moved into a place of theirs a month and a half ago--when I told them about a couple problems with the house, they came out 2 days later. They even sprayed the 12 wasp nests that were surrounding the house. Instead of paying in full, they are allowing us to split up our pet deposit into payments each month... They've just overall been a great company to work with. 

I rented from them before we moved on base. When we first signed the contract they said the house came with a fridge, but it didn't. We ended up having to rent one from rent-a-center. Other then that we didn't have any problems. They were all nice down there.

They are great only problem i had with them was they didnt want to let me out of my lease! but it was becuz i didnt give them orders 30 days in advance and that was becuz hubbys co didnt give them out until like 3 weeks before leaving

TRIAD SUCKS!!! they took half of our deposit. charged me for "leaving the house dirty". i cleaned that house from top to bottom. left it cleaner than when we moved into it. they said they had to pay for someone to come clean it. well i want to see a freakin reciept. the owner of the house was storing some stuff in the garage, well they charged us to take that stuff away. the sheet i filled out when i moved in stated every detail. they cant charge me for crap that was already there. i told them that if i dont get my money back i will send them to court for it. 

When my husband and I relocated to Yucca Valley I was so happy that I found a military realty site.

It is a site that has people renting/selling their houses because they are in the military.

I would recommend it to EVERYONE!

I went through a lot of websites, but the one most helpful to me was AHRN

Once you register with the site, you imput your info (closest military base, pay grade, dependents) & it estimates your expected BAH in that area. You can set your search for homes based on your BAH. 

Right now I'm in contact with Marr Realty and Willow Realty. I've gone through the militerbyowner site, but all the homes that meet our specifications were either already rented, or the owner wasn't cool with 3 dogs. both agents are presenting me with rentable homes this week, so fingers crossed! 

As a homeowner thinking of renting a house, I would so go with Traid. I like their ways.
