I love decorating, especially during the Christmas season. A super cheap (free if you already have wrapping paper) and cute idea my mom taught me is:

Take the pictures you have framed hanging on the walls, or tv stand, or wherever you keep them, and wrap the front and sides with Christmas wrapping and put a bow on it, and re-hang/place them. It looks like you have little Christmas presents all over! (Works best with square frames)Really simple, cheap way to decorate using stuff you already have!!!

I will post pictures when I'm done. I got them "wrapped" no bows yet, and the paper is just a sliver-y, so they look kinda goofy right now. But I defiantly will post when they're finished.
