I normally boil pork ribs in water with an onion, peppercorn, bay leaf, and some garlic .. and this makes the ribs super tender -before throwing them on the grill to finish with bbq sauce..
now i've been tossing away the broth but it smells really good and would be good for something.. but i don't know what !
So what can I do with this rich pork broth that I have here? (besides Ramen, I already know ramen uses a pork based broth)

A lot of times I use a mixture, much like what you have, and inject it into a turkey, pork loin, etc. And then bake those items in the oven. I also use it when cooking rice (instead of plain water).

If I was making Pork Tamales, I would use the broth to make the masa more flavorful.

I would also use it to make Pasole (mexican pork soup).

That's my vote. YUM YUM

Skim the fat off and you can always freeze it. Then add it to anything that you want to add extra flavor to....noodles, rice, stir fry. Anything that calls for water.
