I've made it the past few years for St. Patrick's Day. A different kind of pot roast; it's pretty good! I normally just follow the recipe on the packaging but this year I'll follow this one... Corned Beef and Cabbage
It's got great reviews so I figure it can't be that bad. Plus it's not too different from the regular recipe I use.
TIP: Make sure not to use the entire packet of seasoning included with the beef. It's incredibly salty! I use about half.
