No, only places that are MCCS, the commissary is DeCA. So you can use it at the exchanges, or gas station. :) 

Dang. Well does anyone want to trade cash for it I don't shop there and need to go grocery shopping. 

There are groceries at the two 7 Day stores and it can be used there.

The ones on Base have more because Marines shop at them. Especially the one by the Exchange. Even the Exchange has hygiene and beauty items. But the others have food. 

Yea, the 7 day store is the gas station, and there's another in the main exchange building. They don't have a lot of options, but they have the basics. Similar to a Rite Aid or CVS. 

O ok. I guess that will do I only need stuff till payday.

You can also cash it in for the cash value. If you have any problems doing that ask for the manager of the exchange.
