Hi I am new here and I was wondering which Sunday paper has the coupon insert? 

La time and desert sun. When you go to stater bros they have them inside in a stack by the right door, and also in vending machines. Be sure to check if there are inserts. Schmuck steal them from other paper when they buy one. 

Circle K carries both and its closer than staters :) just get there early cause they sell fast!
