Any Condor Kindergarten parents that had their child moved to the new teacher today.

My daughter came home and said there was an important paper the teacher said I had to read. Looked in her book-bag and it was empty. Aye Aye Aye.

So just checking to see if anyone here was in her class could they PM whatever was on the paper they received.

So the school had to hire another teacher? Classes too big? 

They hired 2 additional kindergarten teachers. The classes had like 40 kids in them.

Yea, my child would've gone to another school real quick. The children (especially kindergarten) were supposed to stay focused and learn how. Glad they got two more teachers. 

The way I understand it they have to wait the first 10 days of school before they can get the additional teachers.

Sometimes people that enroll don't actually show and apparently it is hard to estimate I guess.

Either way - they have to wait 10 days to get another teacher. They've had to do this at Oasis too for various grades. 

Pupil enrollment is up by about 250 kids (mostly at Condor) in the lower K-2 grades, at this point we have a total of 11 additional teachers needed throughout the district, Condor is +3.

There's always more babies during war times and now a generation of them are all getting school age!!

I think I remember hearing that number at Oasis back to school night of an extra 250 - that's a lot. 

250 - that's a lot. 

Considering, we were down about significantly from the beginning of last school year to the end in June. We were at 9,800 students when I came here in 1999, and at 8,800 students in June 2011 (roughly).
