Sleeping in and who knows what my wife is planning for dinner. 

I think I already said this somewhere else but oh well...I got the BIGGEST chocolate bunny for my teenager ever...he's going to love it lol. 

We are having grilled chicken salads for dinner tonight. Easter Bunny is leaving lots of full baskets for everyone in the family, including grandma and a friend who are visiting. And then of course tomorrow afternoon there will be a humongous dinner!! YUMM!!!!

I'm just doing the regular spiral ham, red potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls....*still need to be get gravy and french fried onions*!!!

And of course chocolate is abundant in my house as always. ;) 

One thing about Easter that I love more than Christmas...it's a whole lot easier to set up for the kiddies. ;)

Hope everyone is having a good Easter Sunday. Cooking dinner here and hanging out with my little one. SSSHH and teenager went to the movies. :) 

Kel, if you have any leftover green bean casserole...I will GLADLY take it off your hands. :) 

My teenager would never let that happen lol. 

Aw, phooie...I don't trust myself to make it as amazingly as my mom does. I haven't had any in a while haha. 

It's actually pretty easy lol. 

I love green bean casserole if it's made with fresh or frozen tiny green beans. I make mine with cream of chicken soup, sliced white mushrooms, bacon, caramelized onions, coby jack cheese, French's fried onions & Ritz crackers.

I always make a huge casserole dish of it & still manage to have a hard time keeping leftovers. 

Don't overwhelm the girl lol....*whispers - I don't think she knows how to cook*

Just give her the Campbell Soup recipe with canned beans first lol. 

HEY! I know how to cook...I've just accepted I'll never be as good as my mom. :)

And I know how to caramelize onions, I make a delicious pizza with them. So take that to the bank! Lol 

Alrighty then lol. 

No cooking here. Had dinner with the in law folks last night. Chilled out today at the beach.
