just wanted to see if any of you guys could help me out a bit. We have these 3 housing options and just want to know what you think if you live in any of the 3. I know the 801 you get an extra room but no garage and the other 2 are 2 bedrooms and garage.

my husband is a Sgt & we're expecting our 1st little one if that makes any difference.

I just mostly want to know about the neighborhood and the inside of the houses. are they newer? older?bigger?

It depends on preference, do you want to be on base?

Would you like to be close to the commissary or closer to the px? (adobe flats closer to commissary and condor gate)

Do you value a more quiet environment away from most people on base (fairway heights Octillo gate)

Or would you like to be outside of the gate but still in military housing (801?)


I'm actually surprised you got 3 choices. 

I live in Ocotillo Heights, I like the quiet neighborhood. Kind of feels like your own world without being off base. 

we prefer to stay on base and I think after a bit more research we're going with fairway heights. thanks for the info guys.
