Can anybody tell me where Copper Canyon is (nearby buildings, streets, etc)? Would my kids go to 29 Palms Elementary or Condor if we end up in that housing section? 

It's near the main gate across from a ball field. Condor Elementary is on base.

If you live right of the main gate they will go to Condor. If you live left of the main gate (by the golf course) they go to 29 Palms Elementary. 

Is CC on the left or right side of the gate? I have no idea where the ball field is since I don't have use of my car & we just got here. 

Right - that would be the Condor Side.
