I have a teenager 17 who is in the ice program, she is a senior and has no friends, any ideas what I can do to help her mingle somehow, somewhere? Any other people in my predicament, any help?? 

She is eligible to join clubs at the high school, participate in sports and do any of the other activities offered.

It's an independent study program offered through MUSD. Students meet with their teacher once a week, get all of their work, and complete it at home before the next meeting date.

Yes Docswife, check with her teacher, I believe Keljoy is correct, she can participate in the home schools programs, so either 29 Palms HS or Yucca Valley HS. 

I would totally be her friend LOL. I'm a 19 year old (Well, just turned 19 8 days ago) girl who just moved out here and needs friends. It's like impossible to make friends out here :(

Where did you get the brochure? The problem is she's shy, so it would have to new more one on one stuff, we are going to volunteer at the animal shelter, and a404,, its a serious consideration, she is much more mature than her 17 years! Message me to know
