Food For Life is serving the Community Thanksgiving meal ON Thanksgiving Day from 1pm-4pm.

Volunteers are needed before, during, and after for clean-up. WE ARE DESPERATELY SHORT OF VOLUNTEERS!!!

Please call Teresa Brown at 562-324-9099 to volunteer!!

You can come for an hour or 6 hours - JUST VOLUNTEER!!!

Really needing volunteers... 

Do you know if they still need volunteers? I've tried calling a few times today but there's no answer. I'm sure they're probably busy setting things up. I left a message so maybe I'll hear back. 

The last word I heard talking to Teresa Brown was yesterday and YES they absolutely still need volunteers. If you don't hear back from her just show up around 12:30 and they will put you to work. Or any other time you are available.

If you don't hear back before tomorrow from Teresa - ask for Wally when you get there and he will get you going. It's hard to miss him - he's a really big black guy with a sweet friendly face. :)
