I have seen a comment or two where it is mentioned that the Military, no matter the branch, has the tendency to cover things up. Just out of curiosty, have any of you had this happen to you?

yes a series of shots not showing up in his shot record after the fact.... he got serously ill told it strep NO ONE LOOKS in his mouth or takes a test. sterpt does does not make you look as if you dieing and.. makes blood leak in your brain and go from perfect pfts ALWAYS!!! to can now barely remember his name and being carried by his mates. all within a few weeks. they say it was from birth.. ummm yeah right it all started 2 or 3 days after he got the shots. (they even told us he had no shots) when we asked what was in them. ohh also all the males who were in his class at that time are ither dead or missing. when he went searching to see if they had reactions too. this was over 6 years ago. 

yes a series of shots not showing up in his shot record after the fact we've had that happen. i have this amazing memory for detail and my husband has kept running count of certain shots hes gotten. one time they made him get another shot that he had already had multiple times. they said it wasnt in his records, so he must be wrong. 

wow that's some scary stuff. I would want to know everything they pump into my body and have them put it down in my records so i would not run into the problem of them saying i never hd it. 

my now x is permanently disabled because of it. ... ohh I forgot about the pain in his side they can not explain and they just want to take out the nerves to that part of the body. it cost us our marriage he can not hold his memory or his temper...I tried to stand behind him to take care of him but he kept telling me he was sapose to take care of me, not me take care of him then, poof my man was gone and replaced by someone else who now somehow thinks I made him sick... I miss the man that was before he got sick and was replaced. 

cindy they will and can remove anything from his records... we even got in trouble for looking threw his medical records to look for what shots they were... YESSSS in trouble 

That's so sad im sorry to hear that Katz. The guys should start a memo book where every time they get a shot or some kind of pills they should have them sign it in the book to what they were given. 

they will and can remove anything from his records Thats the d@mn truth. My experience with this is a little different but a little too common from what i hear. My ex is in the Army N.G and what they covered up for him was homemade porno tape that was made while they were deployed. It somehow made it all the way back to their headquarters and one of the people that had to watch it just happen to be a really good friend of my dad's. Before he could get me a copy of it, they BURNED it. So when he was accused of cheating, there wasnt anything I could do about it because they covered his @ss.

thought it best to bite my tongue. I probably should have too...Im just wondering why they have these set rules or laws,but dont abide by them or enforce them....the ONLY thing i wanted was to make sure our daughter was taken care of but of course couldnt after they covered it all up.

I just didn't think this was the forum to place it on. I hope all worked out for your daughter and hope the she was not in the same mess I am refering to.
