looks promising. while perusing the realtor.com website, there are a lot of still unbuilt houses, or new-construction houses that are up for sale. That wouldn't be the case if there wasn't some light at the end of the tunnel. 

I know homes in our development have never stopped selling in the 2.5 years we've been here. The developer is still building as well. 

it is starting to slowly go back up. We were under on our house with the big drop by 50,000 but its only 10,000. 

our home value went up by 1,500 dollars just since moving in, in Aug. pretty happy about that, but not the tax difference. 

I'm still $30,000 under estimated value...it shoots up, then back down, and we won't even mention how upside down that makes me, but I'm going to hang in there for the long-haul.
