What are sone must have (free) apps besides like Facebook lol 

Well, I only pretty much download the free ones. There are a lot of fun free games, like solitare. There's this awesome app called Around Me, and it shows you things like banks, restaurants, hotels or whatever you search for around your location or a given area. I use a Navy Fed app for banking which is also free, most banks have their own app. I also have a Delta airlines app since that's the airline I use the most. If you already have an iphone, all you have to do is look at the app store, and it gives you the option to look at free apps if you select the tab.

I also have apps for BoA, GEICO, AT&T just bcuase its easier to check on your accounts that way 

USAA also offers free apps :) I have it for droid but I plan on getting it if I get an iphone (which I probably will, heh).

IHeartRadio is cool - RedBox lets you reserve movies - all kinds of free news, games, kids games, RedLaser or PriceCheck is an awesome way to compare prices - you scan the barcode and it will search the item scanned. Google Maps is a must have. 

Angry Birds will occupy your time - they have a free version. 

Photoshop Express - great for a quick edit before posting to fb.

Tap Tap Revenge (2,3&4) - if you like guitar hero, these are fun.

Angry Birds - my husband is addicted. but beware, you'll probably spend .99 to upgrade like he did. lol.

Shazam - For when you hear a song on the radio, and you have no idea who it is. :)

Slacker Radio - Similar to Pandora, but better!

and words with friends is the BEST app you can get in my opinion! You can have as many games at once and its not rushed so when you have time, your game withh just be there waiting for you!

Words With Friends (scrabble), TV Guide, Where To? (commercial GPS) , Flickster (movies), CNN (news) and Fox Sports. And even though I've never played it EVERYONE is ranting and raving about the game 'Angry Birds'. 

NetFlix will allow you to watch movies on your phone as well as your computer or internet TV or other device
