do they feel men should be bodybuilders and not just do cardio OR that if you do not kill yourself working out you are lazy or something ?? I have heard body builders [men if] can be such egotists .I am not at all a narcissistic person and that's distasteful to me. Of course I am a guy, but I 'hate' phony people.

A question is [also] Why people think it needs to be all men are bodybuilders with a rack of muscles ? To me that seems mostly just 'vain'. And looks not being everything too.

If they have the time and motivation for it - I say go for it. Nothing wrong with working on your body since it's the only one you get. I can think of worse things to spend your time ib - like eating twinkies and playing video games 24/7.

I'm not all bulked up and I can still pull any broad on this board (or in this town for that matter). 

I don't think a man needs to be all bulked up and muscular, as long as they take care of theirself!
