before our neighbors got kicked out we heard personal things and it wasnt snoring... 

I can hear nothing from my neighbors. Our garage separates us and we are 1 story they are 2 story. It's very quiet. In Lejeune we shared a wall and the only thing we ever heard was if the kids were stomping up the stairs.

I have been in one Adobe Flats unit and I thought it was pretty nice! 

I can't hear my neighbors too much, just when they flush the toilets or run water! 

Its kinda annoying though!

The apt we live in now, we can here them when they let the water out of their tub. They must be sumo wrestlers on top of that. My light fixtures shake at least once a day.
