Don't know much about actual tinting but I just bought a brow kit from the mcx. It's awesome, it's called brow envy by too faced. It's in a little pink box and about 30 bucks or so.

[i]There is also a Cardenas down in Cathedral City which carries just about anything Spanish; plus they have a restaurant inside that serves delicious authentic spanish food..One of my favorite places...
