Im making a pot of jumbalaya! Yum! 

I made Cheeseburger Pie & it was delish! It sounds and looks nasty but its not!!! Totaly worth trying. 

Dominos subs- chicken bacon ranch for me, and chicken parm for hubby. :) 

The girls wanted Chili Cheese Dogs. I didn't have the energy to fight. Leftover soup for me. 

Tossed green salad with tomatoes and smoked turkey breast.... 

Crock pot beef and veggie stew, yummy.. 

Edchadas "someone" needed margaritas! *burp* 

SSSHH and kids wanted McDonalds and I passed on that - I ate the last of the chili con queso....sighhhh....no more until next Christmas!!

We went with a simple supper. Pigs in a blanket, green beans, and salad. 

Cinnamon Chipotle dry rubbed BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Cheesy bacon Au Gratin Potatoes & a fresh green salad.

Alright, alright then! We had my non-traditional, not gourmet, simple version of pigs in a blanket made specially to be friendly towards my non-red meat eating self!

They are even better when you put chocolate in the crescent rolls and sprinkle with powdered sugar.....nom nom nom Without the hot dog part of course lol.

When I was growing up, my Japanese grandpa would babysit my brothers & I after school. As an afterschool snack he would slice a hot dog length wise & toss it into a corn tortilla and microwave it for 15 seconds, take it out & put some mustard on it & roll it up. He called it a Mexican Corn Dog. It had all the same flavors, just different texture.
